Just tried updating all of my drivers, started a game and it crashed my PC after trying to settle the first island

I've been getting this as well!!

so for the last few days i've been unable to play it was happening after every 2-4 hours of play and My PC would just turn off so i thought maybe my pc was overheating, tried something's to fix it then i started to get the odd green texture in the game when i started a game and it will shut down after only 5 minutes of play. i have confirmed this is only happening with this game and i did verify the files, I even tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work
