Cannot purchase anything on the webpage store page/desktop app
Trying to purchase Anno 1800 complete edition. Anytime I try and purchase it on Ubisoft Connect desktop app or the website it says the payment failed and it cannot process it. I've tried multiple times over the last 24 hours to purchase the game and it fails every single time. Even putting money into wallet won't work and fails every time.
But don't worry, it'll take my money for Ubisoft+ without a problem. I just want to purchase Anno 1800. And I cannot even do that.
