@ubiexcellent well I kinda did my own troubleshooting but no matter what I did it would still crash, the only thing that works is removing people from your regular ship and dismissing them from there or from the river raid ship

Ok so I like doing river raids and I just upgraded my recruit house to where I can recruit rank 2 Jomsvikings, now that said I was dismissing all of my rank 1 jomsvikings at the guy that you do river raids from, when out of nowhere my game crashes, I reloaded and tried again and it did it a second and third time, after the third time I tried removing all Jomsvikings from my in game ship and then dismissing them from where you start river raids and the game didn’t crash. Please fix if possible. It a little bit inconvenient to have to go all the way to edit the crew just to be able to dismiss and get the crew I want in river raids. If it can’t be fixed I’ll manage. Thanks in advance
