How about a Hardcore Dark Zone where only Hardcore player characters could enter?

How about a new game mode? You are a Hardcore character that LIVES in the Dark Zone, never leaves. It's just you, the NPCs, and other hardcore players. NPCs DON'T respawn once killed, and only one hardcore survives...

I can think of so many more scenarios.

@cwo4usn Just a quick and easy way to get this in game NOW, is go to the vendor and select SELL, this will display ALL loot not marked as Favorite. While in the SELL menu, you can mark items a junk or favorite or sell them. When you're done just run over to the optimization station and donate all junk. Then open your menu and hold deconstruct button to break down anything not donated into materials.

@l337max You don't have to have an item to reach Expertise with it, all you need to do is DONATE MATERIALS......

@dicebackup I have a RTX 3080 ti and run The Division 2 in DX12 mode. I can't say I never have an issue, I do sometimes start the game it has a constant frame spikes. Most times, when it's running smoothly, it will be a constant 140-144 FPS, I have it capped at 144 FPS. Other times when I run the game, it will spike up and down between like 30 and 144 FPS. I've found 2 solutions to this problem, 1. restart the computer and it will work most of the time. But then I found a restart isn't necessary, this spike only happens in Full Screen mode, so if I toggle between full screen and windowed mode, I usually use Alt-Enter but it can be done in settings also, eventually when I go back to full screen mode the spikes go away and I can play the game normally. It might not be related to the same issue you're having, but what FPS do you get if your do windowed or borderless windowed mode?

Does Damage to Target Out of Cover work with any skills? I have a pair of knee pads (fox's prayer) that have Damage to Target Out of Cover but the other attribute is skill damage. Wondering if it's worth keeping to roll a yellow core as part of a skill build.
