OK, so I can confirm - changing keyboard language from Polish to English International works. Game starts again.
Also copying all files from bin_plus folder to bin and replacing them work - this way you don't need to change the keyboard languange everytime you start a game.
THE MOST RIDICOLOUS THING IS THAT THIS SOLUTION WAS FOUND BY US - PLAYERS. UBISOFT SUPPORT IS A JOKE. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS, COMING BACK TO THE GAME.

IT IS JUST RIDDICULOUS I'VE SENT THE FILES AND DESCRIBED EVERYTING IN DETAIL I INFORMED THEM THAT I REINSTALLED THE GAME AND IT DIDN'T HELP AND THIS IS WHAT I GET FROM YOUR SUPPORT ? AUTOMATED MESSAGE ?

At this point I would get more gameplay by downloading the illegal copy of the game. Shame on you Ubisoft. I was stupid to buy this game.

1. I tried launching from GeForce Experience and it didn't work. Didn't work from inside-folder .exe file, desktop shortcut or Ubi Connect.
2. Save folder replacement doesn't fix it either.
@yodacki Yeah, co basically even the fresh install on another PC didn't help for this player.
SO IT IS CLEAR - IT IS NOT OUR FAULT.

I have a problem with Opal trader in my camp. I began the quest, done 3 daily missions, gathered 100 Opals from it. Wanted to buy some items from Reda. Unfortunately I can't seem to speak with Reda. NPC is there but there is no option to talk with him.
When I load the game to the point where I first spoke with Reda I can normally interact with him, but it is long time ago and I don't want to loss that much progress.
Other players have this problem too - if unsolved we will lose many daily opals quests because of this bug.
Any fixes/solutions?
@ubi-thrupney I've managed to make a ticket with case number 15657289. Attached files and video of how it looks like with detailed description.
Many people can't make the ticket today due to some problems on Ubisoft side - please help them with that.

@ambro05 Yesterday's patch killed it. Today, this is a new patch. DL is finished. Warm up PSO cache of 7100+ items now in progress....
