Summary after 100 hours

I play FC6 on Google Stadia and overall I have to say I enjoyed the game and had some pretty fun moments with it, but.

Review

1. The story was overall great, but I felt disappointed after the ending with El Presidente and Diego, I imagined the ending to be more developed in this way and maybe it would be great if dictator's death spoilerwouldn't be the last thing in the story. I played a lot of side content during the story playthrough and I just couldn't help myself but find the characters from the beginning unused for most part of the game (namely Clara and the rest of Libertad). The story is overall not much strong compared to previous instalments but is twice as brutal, which may or may not be a good thing... I also missed options during story (if I remember correctly, there was only option to kill or leave McKay).
2. The best side missions are treasure hunts in all ways possible. Capturing not only bases but also checkpoints is imo a good way how to scatter the overall large amount of enemy bases and how to balance out lack of variety. Concept of base missions of intel download or hostage rescue is also nice, but gets worn out after few bases since the setup is always the same. The worst side mission concept were interceptions, which are essentially only hunts towards a pre-set supply drop. I enjoyed 5 of these missions at most with the third already being quite annoying.
3. The map size is just about right imo, there are a lot of vehicles and if you find yourself lost, you can call one of four customizable vehicles, which is an amazing feature - mainly because you can call the vehicle into a fight just to fill your ammo reserves. You can also upgrade defences and offenses into absurd levels, which gets fun during gunfights and road situations with enemy vehicle flying metres into air after just a small bump. Map exploration is well done and if you walk slowly, you can experience AI intelligence on your own '>
   The game does not have many soundtracks for map exploration though, there are only two soundtrack songs per region and that gets repetitive after some time.
4. Airplane experience was bad overall, I have not tried planes much in FC5 because I felt the map was too small for that. This is better here, but now I am missing enemies since the respawn area is too small and when I wanted to do a bigger circle around the whole airport base in Madrugada, the enemies despawned always even with the planes and helicopters on highest wanted level. When inflicting chaos with airplanes it was difficult to find any enemies not speaking of airplane fights (might be platform dependent, so maybe this is just Stadia problem). Also during this flight, when I managed to provoke the enemies enough they sent a helicopter, the helicopter then arrived with parachute soldiers and they got somehow stuck in the air:

5. There were certain parts in the game that did not really make sense to me like parachutes or, more silly fact that after completion, in every base the guy/lady with information is still there, but they have nothing to say so they just wave map in front of you and are marked on the minimap as information. This happens after you discover all locations in the game. Lack of enemies in the air or the amount of different sentences each character has to say - I really have to complain about the fact that all NPCs have like two lines which they repeat every time they see you and especially during exploration it gets boring quickly.
6. I played through the whole game on exploration mode and did not find many bugs in it, the progress was mostly smooth, except for one treasure hunt in El Este - The Emerald Skull which got bugged somehow and I was unable to get the dashboard item for completion. As I tried to replay the game with action mode, I encountered problems with enemy bugs in Sundown mission during Alejandro escort. I also noticed that when you don't use amigos often, the progress in their abilities resets, idk if this is intentional or not.

Opinions

• The best region is Madrugada with its tall mountains in Lozanía and variety in nature, the story here with Monteros is good aswell, although I did expect a bit of story development here aswell. At first my idea of meeting the Monteros was that I am supposed to do a lot of work and they will be somehow hidden and won't want anybody to touch their land. Madrugada is the best region for free roam and exploration on your own.
• The region I did not enjoy that much for exploration was Valle de Oro, which on the other hand compensated this with the story. Mainly because it gets personal with Bicho and the other characters.
• El Este does balance between story and exploration well, but I personally did not feel that much about El Tigre character. Then I met La Moral and especially Concepción is well designed and cozy town in which I felt like I could spend eternity.
• Deeper character development would be nice as optional feature... E.g. you would come somewhere and it would play a short cutscene with Clara or Juan or the others.

Conclusion

The gameplay gives the player the most options in any FC game as of now. Tons of weapons, mods, and if you use the right tool for the right job, you do get headshot kills on one shot. This game is an upgrade in the direction FC should go and all playstyles be it loud action or quiet stealth are well managed in the game.

Does anybody have an idea where Yelena can be after the game? They had bunker first in Concepcion, which had been uncovered and another at the Grand hotel, which had been destroyed. I found other characters in other camps, but I struggle with her.

Also, have you found anything interesting when exploring the world after the credits?

@carshop22 This definitelly needs more attention by devs. I would love to see that in the game especially the blinding enemies element lol

@netspook Well yea, once the enemies notice something is wrong the AI interferes, otherwise they stay hidden. That's my experience, I almost felt sorry for them sometimes because they looked so useless in the game

@dauphinn I experienced this on Stadia sometimes aswell, but restarting Stadia helped... Idk what can help in this case, perhaps restart ubilauncher?

@dannykao83 I like the fact that there are many ways how to obtain crafting materials - you can either directly collect them or trade them for animal skins/fish and you also get clothes by looting crates and solving crypto chests, which are probably the best collectible addition imo. Though I agree that item collection is quite boring and for that I would recommend turning of item highlights in HUD settings.

Idk what you dont like about clothes... just stick to one set that fits your playstyle.

@jeffb5150 This must be connected to a treasure hunt The Emerald Skull, where you are supposed to get a dashboard item. Check for a red hat I think. I have this issue aswell but I am not aware of anything unusual I would do during the mission.
