@usuisan778 im having this same frustrating issue with geforce now on the nvidia shield with the nvidia controller as well as the Dualshock 4. very annoying and the game is unplayable!

The same issue with PS4 controller when I play on Geforce now. I discovered when I gently press L2 on PS4 controller then the R2 button works.

@limon4ik42 Thank you, excellent find! This works for me with both the Dualshock 4 and nvidia shield game controller (playing via geforce now on the nvidia shield). For everyone experiencing this game-breaking issue, this temporary band-aid behavioral "fix" may help.

A very soft press of the L2 button will aim and allow firing with a press of the right trigger (R2).

If too much pressure is applied to L2 it reverts to the broken state, and firing with the right trigger does not work. It is still a bit of a pain, but this should help make the game somewhat more playable until Ubisoft gets its act together.
