What a horrible bug... literally hard stuck and all they say is "no work around"... every second town/village you go to you run into bugs and glitches that force you to reload a previous save... just horrible all around... 120hrs in and this is it until its fixed?
This bug has been reported 2-3 days ago and still no fix?
@aloha_snackbarz This is sadly not an option for people that had this quest done 50+ hrs ago. I was collecting everything, exploring and doing all sorts of stuff.
Ubisoft is working as hard as they can. 2020 was a terrible year for the Between the Scandle that rocked Ubisoft to the core in All Offices and the Corona Virus. Ubisoft is down to a skeleton crew of developers and also swamped with current support claims and it will probably take a full year or more for things to get back to normal at Ubisoft. I understand game consumers are fed up and even really [censored] off but this blatant back talk is technically against the Code of Conduct. So I warn all of you think and watch what you post. Because this happen to me with Bethesda Softworks..
Backtalk ? We payed the FULL price for an alleged "finished" product. Shocker! It was not, now we wait a month into it before we get informed that they will be fixing it, so... in another month they will maybe launch the fix.
And while this whole thing is going on they are selling stuff left and right along with a new XP booster on their store. So.. instead of fixing the game for the people that payed for it they focused on skins and a booster pack for a super grindy game that had a ton of bugs and dcs ?
Yeah, im sure we are very worried about their Code of Conduct, they should be more worried about losing a ton of people that will never again pre-order their bug infested game.
If the game was not ready DO NOT release it. I fully expected glitches, dcs and bugs, its normal, but a month + in and they finally tell us that they are going to fix a literal game breaking bug that prevents people from finishing what they payed for ? Zero excuses.
Lol, everything you listed up are their problems, they dont care how much I had to work to pay for their game as such I dont care what their internal problems are, game is released ? I expect to be able to finish it in a reasonable state. If they want to release bugged out products like this? all good, make sure I have the option to pay 2 months later.
Well, this is how you make sure legions of loyal customers dont buy your crappy game next time.
Horrible company trying to cash in as much as possible with out fixing a bug thats literally stopping people from finishing the game.
@shanemcdermott
At least with Cyberpunk and CDPR you actually know that they will fix it. This horrible company would rather ignore and move on.
"Thank you for informing me. Yes, this quest has already been reported to our developers and is being worked on for a possible fix with the highest priority."
This was the latest reply that I got regarding our problem.
Guess now we wait a bit longer to see if they fix it.
Hey Ubisoft, take your time, its only been... what? 20 days since this was reported, not like we payed the full price for a broken game and invested 80-100+hrs into it.
Hows about next time you publish a game we get 20 days to play and decide if its worth paying for? I bet ya there would be no bugs then.
Money back time.
Companies that make broken games do not deserve to get paid.
Thank God I live in Europe and they have to give me my money back if the game is not working.
Last time I pre-order anything from Ubisoft.
4.5gigs and still not fixed? yikes. But hey, the game shop works fine im told, good think they knew where their priorities were.
