@acezim57 I am also having this issue on Xbox. reply to get the issue bumped and hopefully if enough people point out this is happening, maybe it will be fixed.1
A few days ago I used all my opals to get something from Reda, so my Opal count was at 0. In playing today, I had collected a few opals and when I looked at my inventory, my opal count is still 0. I'm sure I've collected a few opals since I spent all the ones I had. I'm not sure what's happening. I guess I need to stop collecting them until I'm sure this is fixed.
I am playing on an Xbox Series X. I have the latest game updates, the console is completely updated. The network connection is wired as well. My gamertag is Dragoness31
I took a few screenshots
So I just discovered something. My low FPS was happening because I have two monitors and the game doesn't seem to like that.
If you right click on the Desktop, select Display Settings and scroll to the bottom, there is a section for Multiple Displays. You can change to only show on 1 monitor.
This fixed my issue with FPS rates
@ubimint There is no compatibility tab when I follow your instructions. The game is installed through Ubisoft Connect using my Ubisoft+ subscription
Update: I did a little more digging on my computer, the shortcut that I used to launch game points to a URL shortcut
I did find the executable game file and I can try and do compatibility with that.
@ubi-keo I have done what you asked, however I did it after restarting my console and taking a new update. Before I did this, I was having trouble connecting to Ubisoft Connect from in the game, I was getting a message about the server being unavailable. After the update and restart, I was able to connect to Ubisoft connect from in the game, I had to take the picture with my cellphone because Xboxes only allow you to take screenshots in games. I have gone into my inventory and I now have 52 opals. So either the update fixed it or perhaps the restart did it.
@ubi-keo I have the video. I tried to attach it, but I got the message that I do not have enough privilege's. It's in my OneDrive, so here's the link, I hope you can view it.

If you can't view it, I have it downloaded and I can upload it to YouTube if necessary

@ubi-borealis I am not the original poster, but I noticed in playing tonight, that I have collected a few opals and they are not registering in my Opal count. I am also I England, in Lincolnscire. I will probably do a new topic about this.
