Hey all. So, just before I hit level 30 in DC, I acquired a legendary marksman rifle, but it has a level requirement of level 31. Finished the last stronghold hoping it would give me that level. Nope, all it did was adjust my world level. And since I just raised the world level again, I don't see me getting that level any time soon. Now, I have read that with the WoNY expansion, the level cap was raised to 40. So my question is this. If I go to NYC and get to level 31, can I go back to DC and pick up where I left off, with dealing with the Black Tusks? Or will doing so cause me to lose out on something in DC?
