Assasons creed pre order promo code doesn't work

i pre ordered assasins creed valhalla and theni got the promo code step one was fill it in wich i did then step 2 was login with you ubisoft account wich i did then i press login and it says "sorry you dont have acces to this content"
can you help me so i can use my code and get my reward? -

i pre ordered Assasins creed valhalla and i want to fill in the promo-code for my pre order reward. But when i fill in the promo code and then in step two i login it says "You don't have acces to this content"
