Summit Combat Mastery Merit Commendation
Found a thread on the old forums: (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2302606-Summit-Combat-Mastery-Merit-commendation-progress-tracking-seems-broken-Forums/page3) detailing how it breaks, as it just broke in the exact same way for me; showing complete, but stuck on stage 2, -73/-70 grenades shot. Several posts from Ubi-reps in that thread state that they were working on a fix ... presumably a fix was attempted, but it certainly still seems broken to me.
