Xbox Series X to PS5 - Cross Saves Trophy Issue
Hi,
I started the game on my Xbox Series X and played for 90+ hours. I now have the game on PS5 and wanted to continue.
My Saves have transferred but my trophies are at 0%. None have unlocked. On my Xbox, my achievements are still there.
How can I get my achievements from my Xbox, transferred into Trophies on my PS5?
