

@ubiexcellent Why wouldn't you issue a refund to those who request it since this bug is from the Ubisoft part? It is something that prevents me to use the product and not what I paid for.
@ubiexcellent Not acceptable practice at all. I'm stuck with this glitch for two months, I paid for the game and I can't play it. Moreover, you guys do not give a refund for this game-breaking bug. I am a patient person and I love all of your games but filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau because that is unbelievable.
@vladis1980 Any updates there? I have exactly the same issue for 2 months or so. Contacted support team, but no one cares.
@sithiouscz The same. I faced a game breaking bug two months ago and still no solution, can't play the game and they refuse to give a refund. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. That is a USA institution. Unbelievable that such a company as Ubisoft is treating their customers in such ways.
