I am level 150ish but the game won't allow me to join ranked or unranked matches. This is currently happening to my friend also.
In this current patch I encountered a new bug where my push-to-talk was always on even though my keys were working alright. I was able to turn it back to a "push-to-talk" by disabling my voice chat and enabling it. But after a single click to my push-to-talk key, my mic was always on again.
In this current patch, I found some parts of the HUD unnecessarily big, it would be great to have a HUD Scaling option in the settings. I am not sure if it is already in the game but it was definitely not in HUD options.
@jorkieborkie03 I think even if they can queue right now, they won't be able to soon as their opponents themselves can't play ranked
@supersearle I am having smurfs in almost every game. I think at this point it is not because those people are smurfing, I truly believe even though they play like plats they are stuck at bronze/silver because of the bad ranking system of R6.
@erkek2000 Apparently cheaters can secretly join people's lobbies as level 1 which keeps you from queueing anything but quick match - as Pengu says in Twitter
@mortalmarzyonyt They should have at least stated that they are aware and working on it.
I often run into games that have a high level difference between teams. Because of the ranking system, generally, the low level players are on their rank just by chance and they get decimated with spawn peeking, they reinforce rotation walls etc. If there are to be low level players in a team then I expect there has to be some in the other team as well.
The new sound effect from his ability is deafening. It is like standing on a mute jammer as an opponent drone. I hope it gets changed soon, I am against an operator being punished for using its ability.
I sometimes come across teammates that violate me in more than 1 way -griefing while screeching bad stuff and when I mute them they start texting those. I believe we need a way to report multiple violations about players. Currently we can only report them for one thing the whole match.
@hadesorso9288_ Indeed, one can learn the map if they really want to. However the game design should be allowing players to do so without compromising the flow of the gameplay. Players should not be expected to play only quick/training matches just to play the map they want. Map selection should be for Unranked/Ranked games too. These game modes force you to play maps that you don't want half of the time. Also the down time of playing Unranked/Ranked would be lowered since there wouldn't be map ban during the ban phase which is the phase where most players are AFK or alt tabbed.
@rambobambibambo that works only for quick matches. And learning is just one argument, you never get to play those maps in ranked/unranked.
Games are supposed to be fun and not being able to play on maps we want is no fun. I already only had a few games on Favela and don't know the map. And now a new map is coming out which I probably won't ever get a chance to learn. I hope Siege team implements a system where we select the map/maps we want to play -or at least prefer playing- before queueing into ranked/unranked games soon.
That would be better for new players too since siege maps has so much going on like the spawn peek locations, windows, breachable surfaces, drone holes, sites etc. The game takes a lot of time to learn which can scare new players.
Today I played a game until I got kicked out at round 6 because of a DDOS attack, 1 person in each team didn't seem to be effected by it. Then I got disconnected and couldn't reconnect again. Never checked but probably got an abandon sanction too. In any case, I am once again begging for R6 Siege team to penalize players depending on the round of disconnect instead of equally penalizing players who disconnect (intentionally or not) at round 2 vs round 9 and to reinforce their servers against such DDOS attacks because they seem to happen way too often compared to any other game I have ever played.
Just got an Abandon Sanction for a server going down. It was round 5 and everyone stopped moving suddenly, used voice chat and my teammates confirmed that something happened to the server until we are all suddenly kicked and were given abandon sanctions. Also I suddenly felt the urge to remind the developers that rage quitting a match at round 1-2 vs getting a random disconnect at the last round is not the same thing and should not be punished equally.
I cannot equip my previously owned universal weapon skins on Thorn's new weapon as if I do not own them.
Since High Caliber, after I die in a round and start spectating my teammates I hear their footsteps twice and from different angles thinking there is an opponent nearby.
@ubi-mushy
as you can see it is a 3v1 even though the versus window says its 3v2:
@lexey
You guys are wandering too far from the topic. You can always turn them off in HUD settings if you think it is useless. But what about things that are actually useful?
