I am having a similar issue to the cutscene not loading/ player can't move and only move camera but for Blood From a Stone.

I had this happen to me in A Fury from the Sea similar to past thread reported here but speeding up and waiting for over an hour and still nothing. Many in-game days have come and gone.

I have an i5-7500, ROG Strix 8G 1080, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz.
I also had issues with another earlier cutscene in the longhouse when you first arrive but quit to title, quit to desktop, changing World Details graphics, and waiting over an hour have not yielded difference.

I had to re-load my last save before this as the cutscene of breaking Fulke out of the monastery didn't trigger either.
