I think quite a few people have come across this to varying degrees;
I can't interact with any shop-based NPCs in Ravensthorpe at all, so no upgrading weapons, no training/changing mounts, etc.
Also, I can only get so far with the Valka quest. She walks up the hill a bit and then stops but there's no prompt to do anything.
