The same is happening to me. I bought the complete map pack, the large materials pack and the large money pack yesterday evening. At 4:23 PM today, I still have not received them. I do not want to continue playing until I get them. Resources are most valuable at the beginning of the game.

I am experiencing the same issue on PC. I bought 6600 Helix Credits and I got them instantly. Then I bought the complete map pack, the large materials and large silver packs. That was 9:00 PM EST yesterday. It is 4:31 PM now and I have not received any of the packs.
