The lack of the new set and the Delta problems affecting the game allowed me to enjoy just a few hours of testing. However I was able to gain several infos and I would like to provide new feedbacks both on the PTS and general infos about the game:
Bugs report:
Still to be fix:
Feedback on shields:
You tested: "Shield Changes - Following your Phase 2 feedback, we are happy to hear that you are pleased with Shield changes. Right now, we have no plans to change or revert the existing meta, but feel free to let us know if you think otherwise."
Feedback on expertise
Feedback on the Hearthbreaker gear set:
Other changes:
Expectations from Ubisoft and Massive Support:
@ubi-keo good afternoon, with @volleyweb we made this short video just to show that despite wearing a tank build, just using a skill tier higher than 0 (1 or 2 is usually enough for kill everyone) you can kill every player, also if he wear an explosive resistance build.
Basically, when you throw the traps on a player instead of directly on the ground, they will explode all together, providing an amount of damage too high to allow any player to survive. The same does not happens in PvE, because if you throw the traps on a npc, only one trap will explode avoiding the npc to die. Moreover, when you throw the traps to kill a player and he die, as you can see from the video, the game consider that the player killed himself, strongly suggesting us the possibility that we are facing a glitch instead of something considered to be part of the game. I hope that you can make something to solve the issue.
I uploaded the video on YT at the following link:
So here we are with also my opinion and experience after 5 hours of PTS.
I start with 3 major bugs encountered:
Regarding Countdown
Regarding Proficiency/expertise
Other comments.
Actually in a game you should encourage player to becomes better at the game. In a shooter, players hitting headshot should be rewarder. Conversely, with this modification on shields you're actually rewarding bodyshot player. Is fine remove in sync. Is fine to nerf big shields (despite the better solution was just to allow to shields to take the same damage also from headshots and not only from crit damage). But crusader or striker shield were good for headshot players to have an advantage on who shoots just body. Try to think at it. Moreover, the flatline talent is really nice, but again it will completely replace in sync in terms of usage.
Moreover:

Actually in my opinion is not a glitch, it works exactly how it should work. I don't see the glitch there. It's just a talent swap, you need skill to do it and allow you to not lost medikit when, for example, you're rogue and don't take any medikit from players you kill but only from npcs. A real glitch is the corner glitch and is still not fixed!!!
And I'm not talking about intimidate talent since I cannot try it in the way it should work. But, for how it should work, it could potentially become useless after the update.
@raciaiadhesive the point on expertise it's annoying if it regards only pve. For who plays pvp, make missions and all the other PvE stuffs just to increase the expertise level for use it then in PvP is really annoying. They cannot avoid to gain proficiency and expertise in PvP. They should allow you to gain also more proficiency from pvp activities imho.
Regarding the shield disorientation, I know it says is "irresistibly", but at this point they could just remove shields if they don't want people to use them. If with hazpro I cannot counter the disorientation it has not sense to use the shield never. So just remove it always imho.

A minor bug here, but I would like to report it. PC PLATFORM
Basically, I've found the Oxenefordscire trasure map and I've located the hoard. I collect the treasure but the map is still present in the inventory. Indeed, I can collect the treasure continously and it give me 180 exp each time. So it seems that until the map will not disappear I can collect the already collected treasure. Sorry for the word pun! XD
