I just wanted to confirm that I can't find 6 collectibles in Motherland either, either during the missions or after completing the DLC. For me these are:
AG.CODON region
In the Equipment Depot. (Collectible Unknown)
HL.ORPHEUS region
Near the Lavaduct. (Katya Maksimova's Diary - The operation)
HL.ORPHEUS region
In Camp Salamander. (Katya Maksimova's Diary - After the fall)
HL.ORPHEUS region
In the Lavaduct's guard tower. (Collectible Unknown)
HL.ORPHEUS region
In the Prototype Workshop. (Katya Maksimova's Diary - Views on Auroa)
DT.HELIX region
In Skell Estate. (Collectible Unknown)
The known collectibles appear on the map->location summary with the mouse pointer over the relevant locations.
For me it was 5 minutes only, but I agree, either remove the time limit or make it much longer e.g. an hour.
@Ubisoft, could we have an update on progress to fix this problem please?
I was just about to finish off the final boss at a level 4 control point for The Rude, The Bad and The Evil project, then bam, yet another freeze. Of course, the CP has reset back to level 1 and I have to redo all that work to get there once again. An update of any kind would be appreciated, thanks.
I was sad and disappointed to see the Terminator mode quietly removed. Having Terminators roaming about, together with the Spartan mod actually made the daily Faction missions rather challenging at times.
@ubi-keo The suggested workaround (re-enter the house then escape) did not work for me. I had visited this World Event earlier and had escaped the house, but the lady was far too powerful for me to kill and so I left it until later. Coming back later, the lady was singing on the other side of the small bridge near the front of the house and could not be talked to. The house was still unlocked, but escaping it again through the window did not help. Then I quick saved/loaded right behind the house. I saw the lady was now walking toward the house, and when I approaced her she became aggressive. I defeated her and the event completed normally.
It seems to me this World Event is not completely resetting as they should when you leave the area i.e. house door not relocking, movable barrier not returned next to the window, and not being able to talk to her initially.
Same problem here too on PC. I don't know how many orichalcum I had when I started the DLC, but after the DLC was finished I was automatically transported back to the main map after the credits. I returned to Korfu and it was then that I noticed orichalcum spawning that I knew I had previously collected. When I collect these, as well as new orichalcum I know I definitely did not collect previously, the orichalcum vanishes from the map and "+1" is shown on the screen, but my orichalcum total does not increment.
Based on what others have noticed after returning to the main map to do their daily quests, I wonder if then returning to Korfu triggers this problem?
I can't close with ALT+F4 or open Task Manager to End task
The trick with Task Manager is in its Options menu, tick on "Always on top". When TD2 crashes (as it annoyingly frequently does), press Shift+Control+Escape to open TM, which will now be on top of TD2, even in full screen mode. Then you can close TD2.
I agree. I tried it on my rifle, but both zoom factors are too great, it's better suited to the DMR weapon. Note that you can still equip it to your DMR weapon though.
@lelot3
new driver from Nvidia so instead to go for the 471.22 I downloaded the 471.41
I don't think that will make any difference. I did have 451.67 installed for my GTX 1080 and updated it to 471.22 the other day, and that made no difference to the freezing.

Just another "me too". Like others above, I did not receive the SPAS-12 nor the MGL-6 after completing their respective Treasure Hunts, and I had also purchased the overclocked equivalents from the Black Market. I do have the AR-C though, but not the Black Market version.
I have deliberately not delivered a final fish to the Fishing Hut (and thus not collecting the Swordfish weapon), waiting for this problem to be resolved. I saw that the Core Challenge had been re-enabled, so I collected the Swordfish sword from the Fishing Hut and wielded it, but the challenge still remains not unlocked for me.
I just wanted to note that I tried this again in TU 1.5.0.1 and I am happy to report that this time the core challenge has actually unlocked(!), so thanks for finally sorting this one out Ubi.
As I noted in my earlier post, I had deliberately not delivered a final fish to the Fishing Hut, so the Swordfish weapon was not yet in my inventory. Not sure if that made any difference to unlocking the challenge though.

@father-jack Hey! Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing issues with collectibles.
Would you be able to provide images showing it missing from each of these locations?
Errrm, the collectibles cannot be found so I don't know where the collection locations *exactly* are, just the approximate area as indicated on the map.

@sib3rix I'm afraid there are no further updates on this.
Please keep checking the known issues list and the news and announcements page for updates.
After the Oskoreia Festival update I was hoping for a fix, unfortunately the problem is still there, the challenge will not unlock.
As suggested, I checked the known issues list, but I see no mention of the "Stinky but Deadly" challenge not unlocking on this list. Is this "officially fixed"? If not, why isn't it on the Known Issues list?

@Adze:
If you are using NVIDIA cards please try debug mode to see if your graphics card is clocked too high by factory overclock:
Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately this did not help. Even in debug mode I still get random crashes.
For me, where TD2 *hasn't* crashed has been the Summit. I have been playing this extensively for the past week and am now at floor 61, and not a single freeze while in the Summit. When I exit the Summit and return to DC or NY, the random freezes return.
