

Hello Ubisoft . For the last month I’ve been trying to sort a old Ubisoft account out I don’t have access to . And every time I do your online support no online representative online . So when I try to open a case I write a full description then click submit case and I just see my click it for 30mins and nothing happens , it like you can go no further .. so this is my last resort as I’ve emailed you no reply .. I’ve called the Ubisoft U.K. number . And it like it not in service anymore . Please help me I’ve created this new account and linked it to my amazon! All I want is old Ubisoft account disconnect from my gamer tag so I can add this account
