@ubi-wheelyduck Hello, I have the same issue at hand. It is not a system or connectivity problem since I can access my friends list on my different accounts with the same computer and the same internet. I also checked on another system and internet, and my account still won't load my friends list.

My Ubisoft connect can't load the friend list and the chat list. (it just keeps showing that loading circle) and I can't see my friend(they are all showing offline when I open Rainbow six and use it built-in Ubi connect to see it).

I have tried flushing DNS and renewing it, a lot of troubleshooting guides on the internet, and yet none works. I hope Ubisoft can fix this as soon as possible.
