[SOLVED] Changed the game from Borderless to Fullscreen - FPS limit 60 and the game loaded past the intro narrator.

Installed game from Ubisoft Connect, game booted up ok and I managed to benchmark the game.

After starting a new game and past the intro narration , its stuck in a loading loop.
My CPU is at 100% load so its doing something.
I have rebooted and re-verified the game files, but still cant get past this point

PC Specs: i7 3770K @ 4.4ghz , 16gb DDR3 2400mhz , RTX2080 , game installed on a SSD Evo860 (Windows10 64bit)
