@ferdzso so a complete windows reinstall solved this issue. I guess that might help some who has the patience to do that instead of waiting for a possible fix from ubisoft

Same issue is happening with me. When I click Save, the game just freezes in place. I have tried installing it in a different folder as well.
This is likely a driver issue because I can load up the game on Geforce Now (so not a savefile issue). However I have no idea what driver could be causing this, I did a full Windows update, and upgraded to the latest Nvidia hotfix.
