

Hello,
Ubisoft have failed, since November, to fix an issue which renders the game unplayable by me and others. They continue to lie to me about it, and constantly close the support case without doing anything.
They have recommended I come here.
As such I am starting a class action against Ubisoft to get them to meet their legal support requirements and pay damages, so as to ensure that they start providing actual customer support in future.
I am looking for others who have had similar issues with Ubisoft and their inabaility to meet their legal support requirements to join the class action.
Please let me know if you are interested in joining.

What is happening with this bug? This is completely and utterly unacceptable. This is happening to numerous players, but UBISOFT is not altering people, and we are having to find out after we lose hours of game-play and then come online; only to find it is a known issue but the support staff here are doing NOTHING to address the problem.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM???
GIVE US AN ANSWER IMMEDIATELY!!!
Either tell us it is fixed, or I expect to see a notification which goes to ALL players of this game, so that they know to stop playing.
STOP IGNORING THIS MAJOR PROBLEM AND DO SOMETHING!
