I just wanted to pop in here again and say how infuriating this problem is. The fact there is so little info or progress is just sad. At this point I am beginning to wonder about any future purchases at all because the perception I am getting is once you have the money, you could care less if we can even play the game or not. This is maddening and frustrating almost beyond words.

So you update the game but still no fix? HOW LONG ARE WE GOING TO BE IGNORED?

I don't know what you did to weapon recoil but the change is horrible. Every weapon but the bow kicks like a mule. I find the game unplayable because of it. Why isn't this a setting? Why can't you adjust Recoil from High recoil to low recoil to no recoil? That way everyone would be happy and have a setting they like. I've played the game since release without having this issue. Now every weapon kicks so bad it's almost impossible to shoot straight. Please make some kind of adjustment to this. It's just not fun to aim at a person and 95% of your bullets go into thin air because of recoil. it is adding an unnecessary level of difficulty I don't find fun at all.

@angry_bavarian I just wish we would hear something from them. It's frustrating to not be able to play. There is no point in playing offline.

@ubi-borealis It's also finally fixed for me as well. I would love a response if possible about what the problem really was. Either way, thanks for finally fixing the problem. I am really disappointed by the response and how much we missed out on while being left in the dark. While I'm glad and thankful it's fixed, I'm still going to decide carefully before I make any more purchases.

@freestepper I am sure. I have 475 skill points allocated with 1 skill point leftover and nowhere to put it. I have gotten 3 or 4 mastery points and allocated them just fine. just nothing to do with the extra skill point.

@angry_bavarian I just wish we would hear something from them. It's frustrating to not be able to play. There is no point in playing offline.

@wildhunt I am also having this problem. Brand new computer, new download of the game, have verified files.

@rizz768 you are most likely right. I just can't enjoy the game anymore with this unplayable recoil
