This is an idea I came up with for a quality of life change in Rainbow Six: Siege, where you can select which operators you want to be AFK-picked if you don't select an operator. For example, if I'm on attack and I don't pick an operator, my list goes Thermite>Thatcher>Ace>Sledge>Etc., and you can select your top 7 (in the case that 2 are banned and the other 4 have been picked by your team). This would be extremely beneficial, if I were to decide to play an obscure operator like Glaz for an entire day to get a Ubisoft Connect or Battle Pass challenge done, then I don't have to worry about Glaz being auto-picked when I go back to playing my regular operators, I can have the game know which ones I want.
