@funkyhse06 i just completed the 2nd part of the manhunt, went back to the White House but couldn’t access Kelso to decrypt the 2nd key. Way to go devs you have lived up to your reputation of incompetence once again.

They rely on the player base to quality check their work instead of properly testing these patches BEFORE releasing them.
