My Specs:
i9-10850K
RTX 3080
32GB RAM
Windows 10 Home 21H1
Nvidia Driver Version 496.13
I have case #15464274 where information on the dump files from the BSOD is posted, matching @cim-oka's details exactly. The dump is the exact same issue, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
The blue screen will happen randomly. After doing the troubleshooting steps provided in the ticket (I've repeatedly posted in the ticket that this is NOT a Windows issue) of using DISM and running sfc /scannow, same exact issue. Blue screened in ten minutes after launching.
This is incredibly frustrating and it seems like all I'm getting in response is a lack of wanting to push the responsibility onto the game. If you look in the reddit thread I linked to, the frustration among all of us is getting to a tipping point. We literally can't play the game, and it hard crashes our entire system.
I've stopped keeping track at this point, but the above shows that this is CLEARLY an issue with the game using tenth gen i9 processors.

Our old thread was merged into the general crashes thread, so a huge chunk of users who were running into the same issue were lost in the noise of the thread. I've been keeping a spreadsheet of users on Reddit and these forums who are encountering a BSOD, for those I was able to get the error for I marked it.
I also have a case, # 15464274, where I've provided the minidump analysis and config files. The updates in that case show the troubleshooting done thus far, which include running DISM, sfc /scannow. This seems like an issue with the game. No other game I'm playing right now is blue-screening, and I also do heavy 4K AI upscaling renders which are heavy on both the CPU (encode) and GPU (training) without issue.
Hi @ubi-mark
Thanks for jumping in! I don't think this is a system config issue. This is impacting 13 people that I've collected info on so far either from here, or the Reddit thread I linked to.
All of us are using tenth gen i9's, with one user using a Ryzen 9 5900x. All of these are high core count CPUs. This is the only game that this occurs with.
Third edit: 14 users found, @KLar from the general crashes thread, also a BSOD.

@Ubi-Viral My thread was merged here but I want to be clear that these are NOT crashes to desktop, and all of the users in my screenshot were BSODs (Blue Screens of Death). I've been compiling a list and it just grew to one larger.
Updating thread with notes from support ticket, I just attempted the following troubleshooting steps and still ran into a BSOD.
This was after doing a selective boot with all services disabled, all startup items disabled. Game still BSOD'd with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I wasn't able to generate an msinfo file as all the services were disabled, which caused msinfo to give an error "Can't collect information"
Once again, specs are i9-10850K, RTX 3080, 32GB RAM, Windows 10 Home 21H1.
It is possible for programs to interfere with one another, which could lead to programs not being able to use the necessary resources to run the game. Using the Clean Boot option, you can disable all services and startup programs to see if the issue occurs the next time you restart your computer. If the game runs after performing a Clean Boot, we can assume that there is some kind of conflicting software.
1. Press the Windows key and the R key on your keyboard at the same time.
2. In the Run window that appears, type in msconfig.
3. Click on the OK button.
4. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
5. Uncheck the "Load startup items" checkbox.
6. Click on the Apply button.
7. Click on the Services tab.
8. Click on the Disable all button.
9. Click on the Apply button.
10. Click on the OK button.
11. Press the CRTL key, the Shift key, and the ESC keys on your keyboard at the same time.
12. On the Startup tab, right-click each item, and select Disable.
13. Restart your computer.
If the game runs fine during Clean Boot, you'll want to narrow down the problematic application. You can do this by disabling applications through the Task Manager.
1. Press CRTL + Shift + ESC on your keyboard at the same time.
2. On the Processes tab, right-click an item.
3. Click the End Task option.
If the issue persists, submit an updated MSINFO file while your startup programs have been disabled. An MSINFO file in this state can provide more specific insight into the origins of the issue.
Case #15464274.
I really don't know what else to do at this point. I've tried everything, and have not been able to play the game without it hard crashing my system. I can't refund through EGS as through all the troubleshooting I've gone over three hours of playtime trying to see if it'll blue screen.
Really frustrated.

@zurtx01 No problem man. Same here, and bahaha about Cyberpunk. Same for me.
@samsedk Just ran SFC and it did find one corrupted file, but it was just the OneDrive.lnk that I had manually blocked in another user account on this PC. Don't think it was that. Going to see if any other users add to this thread over the weekend. Thanks for the attempt though!
@samsedk Nice! Yep, looks like everyone that's running into this is using a 10th gen i9. There's one user with a 5900X but I'm thinking this has to do with the core counts and RAM totals. Updated the screenshot in my post to include another user who posted in the thread, another 10th gen i9.
@samsedk This is a fresh build for all components, less than a year old. The main SSD is an NVMe 500GB. I can clear the page file and give that a shot, but not sure if it's worth it at this point given the other users running into the exact same issue with similar components. I think this is an issue with the RAM amount mixed with the CPU and FC6's allocation of memory. Going to keep this open in case Ubi support can pick it up, will log a ticket on Monday and see if providing the dump file from the BSOD will help in backing into the issue.
@samsedk Have tried disabling XMP, clearing any core multipliers, still blue screens. Not sure why it's happening to us.
