@darkrtx2080 I don't think you understand, seeing your messages. It happens WITH and WITHOUT the HD Texture Pack enabled. On any kind of GPU out there, and also on console (Xbox Series X it seems).
@ubi-borealis Thanks for the update. That said, I can't hide - and I'm not the only one - the fact I'm hugely disappointed in Ubisoft, in the support (even if you are just sharing words coming from the developpement team or whoever is trying to fix this), and again, in the video game industry.
You really should do something for us, players. You know, back then I remember EA gave a free game to the players who had issues at launch with SimCity I think, I can't be certain about which title. But it was a nice gesture. I'm not asking you to do the same, but, with what we have been through as fans, armed with patience and hoping for a fix to play your game, you definitely should think about this. We all are disappointed and sad about this situation. At this point, I'm sure I am not the only one who lost interest in the game... It's like it didn't happen, like a bad dream, Far Cry 6 was just not there. A fix is good, a late fix is sad and revolting when it comes to such issues (and the blurry textures are just one issue among other big issues), but no support and no excuse, not a single gesture from a developper, is even more sad. Sorry to be negative about this, but I'm just talking with my hearth, and trust me, I'm a huge fan of the series. I had huge eyes when I was not even a teenager, discovering Far Cry on my old computer, and still having fun and discovering the joy of PC gaming. Back then, games were solid. Look at us now. You promised us a kind of a love letter to PC gamers with this PC version of Far Cry 6. What did we receive at launch ? An amount of bugs.
@ubikoreanbbq Thanks for taking the time to answer ! Do you think it could be fixed soon, or is it a bigger problem that requires more time, since the game is out for a week already ?
The most frustrating part is that autosaving - with all the trouble it brings like stuttering - can't even put you back at the last good place it saved, or the one you were expecting. So all the ennemies and context around you at the last save are just... gone. It always teleports you at some random places when you die, and stuff disappear, ennemies re-appear, it's so badly thought. Kills the immersion...
Finished the game 2 weeks ago, uninstalled it. Game was fun but most of the time boring and of course, those technical issues. Waited too much for a mediocre experience after all. Never pre-ordering Ubisoft games again, never pre-ordering games again. And I'm not going to replay it, one run is enough. Repetitive, full of bad mechanics, lost AI, that said the gunplay is fun, which saves it all, plus the map and the world, very detailed and nice to the eyes. But isn't it all about Far Cry after Far Cry 2 and Far Cry 3 ? Lovely to the eyes from outside but extremely poor and full of issues inside... In the end, it's all about doing the exact same actions, over and over again, thinking it's as fun as before, facing technical issues and dealing with horrible mechanics. A shame for a triple A title.
Their games deserve maximum 20€. Ubisoft, they don't deserve your 60€, they deserve what they give us, 20 it is. Maximum.
@ribellu__ Same... Can't play like that... A shame.
Yes, it's not a stable fix... Look, I have had a chat with the support, and they are aware of the issue, they are working on it, so a patch is on its way !
@ubistorm It's happening all the time since the beginning of the game, and it's always there, it doesn't come after playing a certain amount of time in a session.

@boissevain10 Yeah, same... Daily checks, but nothing new...
@necronomicon999 I have to agree, this is the richest Far Cry game since Far Cry 3. But the stuttering, the brainless AI, the way AI respawns everywhere all the time, the auto-save system and the repetitive gameplay across that huge, gorgeous and rich map, are ruining the experience... That said, I'm enjoying the game, I have 45 hours and since the blurry textures are gone, except the stuttering which became "part of the experience", I have a decent experience.

@tariqzelzal THIS, thanks. Everything said, everything shown.
@ubi-borealis From 4:12 to 4:28, you can see the stuttering occuring when looting. Left side of the screen, you can see the framerate being impacted, happening when looting.
@ubi-borealis You can see what happens in craftercis' video. Same happens to me.
@craftercis Yes, the annoying ones are gone for good, like for looting. It still happens, but not as often as before, when reaching an area, or of course when the game saves during a mission. But those "stutters" are more common in gaming I would say.
What is your GPU ? If you have a Nvidia one, try switching to the Studio driver instead of the Game Ready driver, it fixed the stuttering on Insurgency Sandstorm for me, and allows me to play Forza Horizon 5 without stutering as well. Overall, better drivers, more stable.
IMPORTANT :
I fixed the issue by doing these actions :
Doing that seems to have fixed the stuttering. That said, and it is important, I didn't check the game after trying each solution above, only after doing them all. So I cannot know which one truly fixed the issue. That doesn't mean you have to flash your BIOS for example, it's not a common solution, and it's still risky.
So, i would suggest to :
1 - Move your launcher where your games are installed (or on your fastest drive)
2 - Update your chipset driver (Intel or AMD)
3 - As a last solution, be sure to have the last BIOS version

@craftercis Same experience. In some cases, the stuttering doesn't happen by picking an item up, for example when I'm in a hostile area. If I pick items inside that area, no problem, no stutter. But in the open world, just exploring, looting + auto-save brings stuttering.
That said, game is more fluid now, that's for sure. Finally a decent experience. But those little stutters are still pretty annoying.
And you are right, same for me, it happens when a new location is discovered, or entering an area.
@nemanja_99 Same, I started a new game, to finally enjoy the game... Of course there are still more little issues, but it's finally a better and normal experience.
