It's apparent that Ubisoft's QA is the lowest level in gaming industry seeing so many lame bugs and inconsistencies to go to the production. Not to mention never fulfilled promises.
Just some regarding conflict:
@ubi-viral No way! If your statement would be true we could see there is something happening with the reports. The reason you're secretive about the reports and not transparent is that Bugisoft doesn't care about the community at all. That's the reason why there are Discord communities dealing with cheaters instead of YOU. Half of the statements about cheaters and reports I heard/read from Bugisoft's staff is pure lies. And your (not personally) handling of players support is terrible. I used to work with client support people in a multi-billion company and I know your (meaning Bugisoft's) QA/Support is the worse I saw in a long time. I have experiences with contacting Blizzard/Steam support and your support is definitely the worst actually it's not a support at all.
To just mention some examples:
The support you provide is close to zero. I personally reported some bugs including taking time to make videos and posting them on YT. No one looked at them for weeks! Why should I try to report anything?
From the bugs that are present in the game for years it's clear that your QA is absolutely useless.
For me personally Bugisoft is one of 2 worst companies in the gaming industry with EA. But don't worry, it seems Activision/Blizzard is quickly falling to your level. (At least their support is much better than yours).

@jtf-ny No. Many have families and yet could play RAIDs to get all the RAID exclusive exotics.
@ubi-gizmo Take you time. A year or two doesn't matter with so many bugs lying around. (Sorry for being salty, I'm just fed up with the Bugisoft's incompetence)
@scipher99 WTH? The problem with HB is that it's broken, not that it is too powerful. Anyway they "fixed" something in TU15.1. Enjoy conflict with you newly upgraded expertise on the best items.

@noxious81 Of course, but my experience with Bugi support is that I take time to make a video, process it, post it and no one looks at it for months. Why should I do it then? They are very incompetent to handle PvP related anything.
@as1r0nimo I have a "support" build with no regen at all and the Tardigrade isn't proccing most of the times but I think only for a wearer. The team members seems to beneficiate of the bonus.
