In gameplay settings, there is a nude mode I have it on. Cool. What is the point of having nude mode when it is not implemented?

I was exploring around Besuncen Tor and I notice a bloke on a high rock ledge and I thought he was going to jump. Then I notice these NPCs lying around with their underwear. After a few words, I went to the bloke on the rock ledge who is the leader of the nude club telling me how good it is being in the nude but wearing his underwear.

So what is the point of having nude mode whilst it is not being implemented? Remove it.
