I am having the same issues as @BossBast1 .

I have gotten every vehicle prop and weapon charm, but I am missing the "Maquina Clasico" and "Life is Shell" charms.

I know that they cannot be obtained from Los Bandidos operations because every time I got a weapon charm from there it was from the mission "Wet Work", but now I am only getting gun powder/supremo bond as a reward. That means that the charm rewards have been exhausted.

I have also collected every jewelry box so I can't obtain those charms that way either.

In addition to that I am also missing the "El Pecador" turret, and the "Fugitive Jeans" skin.
