I am having the same problem. He isn't showing up at my settlement either, and I was really hoping he would be there. He's a cool little fox!! Lol. -

I appreciate your response and your perspective on this. Gosh, we couldn't be any different on this one. As this quest went along, I grew to dislike Ivarr more and more. I just found him to not be a very honorable warrior at all. He killed Ceolbert just so he could get another chance at killing Rhodri, as he had a years long grudge against him. Ivarr's actions got Ceolbert and Rhodri killed very unnecessarily along with countless soldiers in a battle that was going to be avoided otherwise. I just found him to be a producer of disharmony and chaos all of the time. I took great pleasure in killing him AND sending him to Helheim. That's right - no Valhalla for Ivarr!! Lastly, at the end of the quest, I told his brother Ubba the truth about what took place. -
This is a very good question about the "X's" that are showing up. As an example on my map, the Isle of Ely Monastery location now shows four "X's" over four of the buildings there. I have completed that raid, so I was thinking maybe it was showing me that I looted all of the treasure out of there. I also see two "X's" at Grantebridge, and I did loot that place clean. So, I think it might be related to loot.

You can indeed!! It is part of one of the world events. The fox is supposed to show up back at the settlement. I am having the same problem. Come home, Dandelion Puff!! -
I did that exact contract yesterday too and thought it was hilarious!! I didn't mind getting some easy XP and coin from Reda!!

I'm hopeful that the devs will get this bug all fixed so that those resources won't be lost. I hope!! Lol -
Similar to what others have said here so far, I love the level system of Valhalla, but I do wish the whole skill tree would be visible.

I am having the same problem. I went on a raiding tear specifically to get those valuable resources so I could keep upgrading my settlement. I upgraded my Fowl Farm and Grain Farm to the second level, but the extra buffs didn't show up. So that was my first clue something was wrong. Then I went to the Fowl Farm to see if I upgraded it to the final level to see if that might fix it. Unfortunately, it did not. Also, it appeared that my second level upgrade wasn't showing up either, but yet the resources aren't in my inventory any longer. I sent a support ticket to Ubisoft yesterday, so hopefully I'll hear something back soon.

I think mine is bugged because I can go up to him by the water there, but there is no way to interact with him. I got to the point in the quest where we have our brawl and then heads to that location. But I don't see anything about picking up any ale nearby. I just get the quest marker going completely off the map. -

I'm on that quest as well and at the point where it says to find the secret brew. The green question mark icon goes off the map to the upper right. I thought it meant Norway, so I fast traveled there but didn't see the icon there. So I'm not quite sure where to go!! Lol -

I wanted to share my experience with finally making it to level 6 with my settlement. I completed all of the raid locations and all of the story arcs in England with the exception of Wincestre. After doing that, I literally had just enough raw materials to finish the settlement. I was left with zero raw materials. Now this also included what I believe to be a bug with the upgradeable buildings (fowl farm, grain farm, cattle farm), as I am certain that I upgraded my fowl and grain farms one extra time without that upgrade showing up. However, thankfully, it all worked out in the end.

In regards to the enemy upscaling, is this going to be an option to turn off or on? I kind of like being over leveled. -

So, I have a question about The Book of Dragons story arc and specifically the King Killer quest. Please don't read any further if you don't want anything spoiled for you in regards to the story. I know that I eventually have to fight Ivarr and I'm given two choices upon defeating him. I can send him to Valhalla or deny him Valhalla. I'm leaning towards denying him Valhalla because he killed Ceolbert, and Ceolbert was a good guy who didn't deserve that at all. I'm just struggling to see if Ivarr has done anything else to possibly make up for that. What did some of you decide in regards to this?
