i keep getting error when trying to access the Animus store. i have tried getting the password reset for Ubisoft Connect on my Xbox but it will not get logged in. it just tells me that it is an invalid user name and password. No matter what xbox or the internet i am on. im not sure what to do from here. i have tried everything on the supports "try this" page. im not sure what to do. i cannot find a linked account with my Xbox live like someone suggested.
