

@ubi-raziel Going to echo the other comment to this. It is beyond ridiculous that this isn't fixed yet and that Ubisoft continues to roll out new content that is constantly glitched. I understand that the pandemic has really messed with people working remotely and not being able to collaborate the way they have in the past, but a fix needs to be deployed immediately. Players are unable to progress through their games because of this glitch. I would agree that some kind of remuneration for those impacted would be warranted since you have provided a product that does not do what was advertised, which is basically operate in a proper manner and allow the player to complete the story arc. We aren't talking about side content or additional content. This is main storyline content that is not working.
I’m unable to complete the quest when at the castle in the basement. The woman just keeps scrubbing and there is no cut scene/integration. I use odinsight to find clues and see 3 things get lit up, but I am unable to interact with them. This is a major bug preventing players from progressing in the story.
Ubisoft Connect is not giving the rewards that are available. I am unable to get the Altair outfit… and I did not get the bow as part of the community challenge, even though I did the head shots.
I can't progress with killing The Lathe. I killed Horsa earlier in the game, but did not get a clue for this Order member. I then completed the other 2 tasks that gave me clues, but am unable to identify The Lathe. At this point, I am unable to progress with this branch of The Order.
