!!! I JUST DID THIS - IT IS NOT BUGGED !!!

For everyone who is having trouble with this:

Just get in combat with 3-5 enemies, u dont have to kill the big shield boys, the normal shield guys also count as long as u dont attack their shield and destroy it. Light up hay and stand inside of the hay (you will burn permanently and the hay fire wont go out) and just bow them down until they are all dead. It took me 5 guys cause at the start I did not put myself on permafire, but if you dont drop combat, since you want atleast 1 enemy alive chasing u, you will get it.
