Like the title says, Tova is glitched. I had waited to build the tattoo shop and when I finally decided to, I returned to Ravensthorpe. I found out that Svend had died while I was away. I built the tattoo shop and then completed the Carrying The Torch quest line but I still cannot talk to her. I took a recording and I’ll leave the video below. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to use the new tattoos and hair I got!
