  Lighthouse Twins, not able to complete playstation 5 bug glitch technical issue

  I'm not able to complete Lighthouse Twins world event in Cent. I have killed all the snakes and shot the ladder, but there is no speak option to get the guy climb back down. Others have had this same issue also, please fix this asap as now I'm not able to 100% complete the trophies!
