I purchase assassins creed valhalla through the ubisoft sale 10 days ago now - 13/2/21 and my order still says pending delivery - and every other way i have tried to contact you has been useless. The money has left my bank account and i have yet to receive my game or any information about its whereabouts - i will be seeking a refund on within the next 3 days if my issue isnt resolved and purchase elsewhere. appalling.
