River Dee Denbury has been destroyed but final bit of armour not collectible. I have tried restarting the raid many times and also searched every location. What happened was I tried to collect the 3rd chest and Denbury but had no more room for foreign supplies. When I went back the final chest was not there. When I restart the raid there is only two chests. I have the most recent update. The quest is still open. I definitely do not have the final bit of armour. It says 2/3 pieces of equipment on the entry page to the Dee map. It’s a bug. If you set the game so that armour is collectible regardless if you have no room in your hood for the supplies this won’t happen again.
