Havnt got a confirmation email and cant use ubisoft support
I bought AC Valhala and i didnt receive a confirmation email and the game is not showing up in the game library to preload. it has already taken money out of my bank.
The only option for ubisoft support with the issue that is stated is to use the chat feature but at the moment the chat feature is unavailable
