

@ubi-spud Sorry mate, but this workaround is [censored]. This bug is already known to you guys for 4 or 5 days now and should've been fixed already. It's a major bug and prevents people, who payed a lot of money for your game, to continue. You just can't get away with the statement that it will be fixed in a 'future patch'. As for myself, i already spent 8 or 9 hours ingame so starting over isn't an option, since my time to play this game is kind off limited due to work, family etc.
I pre-ordered AC Valhalla through the Dutch webiste Bol.com. Today the game arrived, so far so good. They sent me an email yesterday with a code for the extra mission Way of the Berserker. So I followed the steps today when i got the game and inserted the code at Ubisoft.
Soon after i got an email that said that the cashing of the code was succesfull and that an email with the PS4 code will be sent at the day of release, which is today.
But i haven't received an email so far. Is this a known problem at Ubisoft or am I 'special'? I really like to receive the code. Thank you for looking into it.
