Altair outfit broken animations
Item: Transmog chest to Altair Outfit (tested on Female Eivor not male)
Location: England Open World not tested other Open World Areas. Does not happen in Loading Screen Area.
Effect: While idle standing & very slow walking, weapon sheathed, no raven on shoulder. Both arms will be placed straight down hands like standing attention in military. Animations do go back to standing attention position if returning to very slow walk or standing idle.
