@ubi-oxavo tried reloading a previously saved game in Norway to no avail. The boat will still not move.

@Ubisoft please fix this bug.
The boat will not move after releasing the naval chain in a Swan Road Home quest in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Sorry for the poor quality of the video. Cannot get it to record on my PC had to use my phone instead.
