

@nitefall same, constant crashes now. I updated to the latest drivers already, verified files I still have crashes. I even have a bug that keeps telling me new quest. They need to quality check their stuff better. Far Cry 6 I can already see they're really going to have issues seeing this is persistant with their releases.
Ubisoft please stop doing giveaways or free weekends, it's obvious you guys lack the know how to do things effectively without breaking things. Who is in charge with this stuff? What is going on at Ubisoft? Between updates causing crashes do you guys even test anything? You created a fiaso with the last giveway or free weekend with Far Cry 5. Do better, you pulled yourself away from Steam but you can't even have a functional platform of your own.
@aryvian yes same, more then meet the requirments and the entire game is a mix bag of ultra low and ultra textures. I m guessing they knew about this as it's so obvious but hey, that seems to be the norm for game releases these days.
@kmarkopl That's great and all they want to do this, but they need to prioritize their functionality first. The games are great, but when it comes to buying, navigating and even these forms it's clunky, confusing and overall just poorly handled in the amount of time Ubisoft has been around. It's evidient they struggle to get things done and hold accountability. All I see is the reflection of what is to come when Far Cry 6 comes around.

Here is an idea, how about Ubisoft just play their own games and see the problem for yourself. Why does Ubisoft always play these games in your forums about needing all this info and asking quetsions like you're "really intersted" it's an obvious problem.

I'm on World Tier 4. I'm trying to go to the DLC but it says I need to be level 30-40. I'm gear level 350.

@ubi-theberry Wow! Ubisoft I'm throughly impressed with the response and that fixed the issues. I haven't had a single crash and it runs like it should. Thank you so much. This goes a long ways for me on what I use to think of Ubisoft. A tremendous change in how I think about the support staff here.
Also while browing in the event windows, I came across something that stood out to me too, "nvlddmkm stopped responding". In my case it was the result of some 3rd party software iCUE. Uninstalled and so far with both Ubisoft resolution and this display error fixed my crashing every 10-15 mins or at random intervals. I hope this fixes other people issues as well and again Ubisoft thank you so much for that response through the ticket.
@ubi-theberry Pretty sure nearly everyone coming into this thread with the same issues have tried everything to get this to work, this has been an issue apparently since July 2020 and you guys still fail to address a fix for this?
I have done all these suggestions and it still crashes in that area. Why is Ubisoft so unproductive with getting things fixed.
@krautmeister98 I don't know if you can tell, but these forums layouts should tell you just how behind they're with their implementations of things. (Progress) Some basic features on Ubisoft Connect would be nice, but then again the achievement notifications in game haven't worked for a couple years now. The response was "We're aware of this and we're sending this to our team". The typical copy paste community response message.
@stevez_pun I really wish that Ubisoft would just dump this whole Ubisoft launcher thing or take serious the furstations that it puts its customers in. Get a team that actually knows how to do this right and be effective with their changes to show real progress. Pick one. From these forums to the launcher it's just the most obnoxious and troublesome experience I have had with playing a video game.
@canelupo7 already have, I just bought Assasins Creed Valhalla and it's nothing but crashes every 10 mins of gameplay. I was going to get Far Cry 6. Then you discover these fourms and how it's just really clunky and all this empty space it makes my eyes hurt trying to navigate on here. What have I done other then just learn to avoid Ubisoft.
