I have completed the quest and have the East Anglian Arm Ring but cannot report to Randvi

@kikikc Same problem here the main story line cannot be completed and ubisoft has been very quiet about this bug.

@ubi-spud I never got the option to report because whenever I choose to pledge there is no cutscene and it tracks the completed quest Wedding Bells
