I have begun playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and have just beaten Rikiwulf. The next task is to free the prisoners, my crew, and I am able to rescue those who are in the cage but I cannot free the one who is tied up outside the cage. It prompts me to press "c" to free the prisoner but when I do that it makes the sound as if it is working, but resets immediately after and doesn't work. I have tried going to the main menu and rejoining, and I have tried creating an entirely new save file, each to no avail.
