Ive just arrived on pc siege and linked my xbox and pc accounts via ubisoft and it said that i could cross progress BUT i have nothing at all no levels no ops no stats is there even cross progression or were they lying

Ive just came onto pc rainbow after a while of being on xbox and my accounts are linked my xbox and ubisoft account but i dont have any levels or renown or operators i owed all of em and dont feel like spending 30 quid on all of them again can anyone help? IT say that cross progression is available but its not clearly.
