I suddenly starting having the issue with my quiver only holding basic amounts of arrows. I tried the Vineland trick and it kind of worked. While I was there, I noticed my quiver wasn't fully upgraded like in England. It was still two upgrades short. This would match with the amount of arrows I now have (12 predator and should have 18).
